2020 Kenya Missions Trip

For the third consecutive year Blackhawk Ministries is sending a short term mission team to Kenya to support our missionary Andria Moushon and the work that God is doing through Christian Missionary Fellowship (CMF) and Missions of Hope International (MOHI) in the Mathare Valley slums of Nairobi. Although the poverty and need is great, through child sponsorship and skills training programs God is providing the people of Mathare Valley hope, as well as education, clothing, meals, and medical care. This organization, along with community health evangelism programs, are gradually changing lives and communities through a relationship with Christ. Through the willingness of Blackhawk to give and to GO, God is allowing us the opportunity to reach many in His Name. The next trip to Kenya is planned for February 21st - March 2nd 2020. Specific ministry is dependent on Gods leading and call. Areas of service will most likely include: VBS, Community Health Evangelism, hands on projects (such as painting, skills training, etc), and missionary support. No particular skills or experience required for this trip other than belief and a willingness to serve. God does not always call the equipped, but He always equips the called according to His purpose. Registration open 01/20/2019- 02/28/2019. "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
