🚨 2026 Summer DS3 Mission Trip Registration Details 🚨

Dates: June 14–20, 2026
Who: 2025-26 DS3 Middle School Students
This coming June, DS3 Middle School students will travel to Milwaukee for a powerful week of service, leadership growth, and faith development. Students will serve local ministries, work together as a team, and learn what it means to live out their faith by loving others through action.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Students are expected to attend all pre-trip meetings (see schedule) unless approved by Mrs.Pulver.
- Parents are expected to attend all pre-trip parent meetings with their child (see schedule above) unless approved by Mrs. Pulver.
- Students are expected to complete the application and turn in 3 reference forms to Mrs. Pulver. Please have these forms into Mrs. Pulver by the end of May.
Responsibilities
- Students need to be practicing with parents in the kitchen to develop cooking skills needed for the trip. (i.e., measuring ingredients, making grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.).
Restrictions
- Fill out the PARTICIPANT RELEASE FORM 2026 You must fill this out completely.
Preparation
- Attend the trip information meeting Sunday, April 19 at 12:30 pm in the Gathering Space - Door 12
- Registered here in ServiceReef
- Complete all four (4) necessary forms and waivers and turned in by the first parent meeting - April 19, 2026
- Attend all scheduled Mission Team Prep meetings (see schedule).
